Teenhopeline Inc. has a revolutionary ministry training program that will provide the opportunity for ministry experience you are looking for and the training you need to reach youth in today’s culture. You need not be a college graduate to apply. If you are between the ages of 18 and 26 years old, have a desire to reach teens, seek God and possess a teachable heart, you need to invest one year to two years of your life.

The Teenhopeline Inc. staff will get to know you in a personal setting of discipleship and accountability. Being involved in evangelism and outreach, practical classes and ministry experience will challenge and stretch you. Solid biblical teaching and devotions will help you develop disciplines into habits that will last a lifetime. We focus on reaching teens where they are. You will gain strategic experience in effective youth ministry and discipleship.

• Work in the Teenhopeline Inc. Ministries office environment
• Deploy with outreach team for festivals and Seventh Day Slumber concerts and ministry events
• Learn to encourage and minister to teens through:
  • Working as staff on the crisis lines
  • Interacting with teens on the message boards and chat room and web resources
• Work on the Teenhopeline Inc. Radio Show Broadcast and Cyber Station
• Write Bible Studies
• Help maintain Teenhopeline Inc. web site by:
  • Writing and editing articles
  • Research for resource center
• Ministry promotion and marketing

The Mentorship Program costs $775 per month, $9300 for the full year. This support covers housing, food allowance, curriculum, retreats, travel excursions, administrative expenses, and leadership training.
