A little hope can be a beginning

Here for hurting teens.

TeenHopeLine exists to remind young people that they are loved, that their lives have value, and that they don’t have to face their struggles alone.

Our heart

Our mission is rooted in Christian faith and practical care. We want every teen who visits to find a clear next step toward support, whether that is a conversation, a helpful resource, or encouragement for a difficult day.

Our partnership

TeenHopeLine partners with TheHopeLine to connect students and young adults with trained Hope Coaches. TheHopeLine operates the live chat service and maintains the partner articles and downloadable resources linked here.

Everyone is welcome

You don’t need to share our beliefs to seek help. You deserve compassion, respect, and support.

How to use our resources

Our guides offer general encouragement and practical starting points. They do not diagnose conditions or replace professional mental health care. We identify partner resources and link to additional information so you can explore the source.

Joseph’s testimony shares his lived experience. Everyone’s path through recovery is different. Chat support is delivered by TheHopeLine, under its own policies.
