TEEN HOPELINE ENCOURAGEMENT
A habit feels hard to stop
If a substance or habit feels bigger than you, you do not have to hide it or fight it alone. Jesus offers grace and calls us toward freedom and truth. Reaching for help is a faithful step, not proof that you are beyond hope.
Start with God’s Word

Something you can do.
Tell a safe parent or trusted adult and ask for qualified support. Substance dependence can need medical care; do not attempt a risky withdrawal alone. If there is an overdose or immediate danger, contact emergency services now.
Go deeper: a prayer & a question
A prayer you can make your own
Jesus, help me bring this into the light. Give me courage to ask for help and walk toward change with people who care. Amen.
