TEEN HOPELINE ENCOURAGEMENT

I’m worried about a friend

Your care for your friend matters. You can listen, pray, and help them reach support, but you are not responsible for saving them on your own. Jesus calls us to share burdens in community.

Start with God’s Word

ONE STEP FOR TODAY

Something you can do.

Tell a safe adult if your friend may be in danger. Do not promise to keep danger a secret. You can say: “I care about you too much to carry this alone. Let’s get someone safe to help.”

Go deeper: a prayer & a question

A prayer you can make your own

Lord, help me love my friend with courage and wisdom. Show us safe people who can help, and remind me that I do not have to carry this alone. Amen.
