TEEN HOPELINE ENCOURAGEMENT

Everything feels like too much

You don’t have to solve everything today. Jesus welcomes you while your thoughts are racing, not only after you have calmed down. Bring Him what is heavy, and let someone trustworthy help you carry the next step. Struggling with anxiety does not mean you are a bad Christian.

Start with God’s Word

Philippians 4:6–7

In nothing be anxious, but in everything, by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus.

Paul invites believers to bring their concerns to God. This is encouragement to pray, not a reason to shame someone for anxiety or stop treatment.

Jesus invites weary people to come to Him and learn His way. Needing rest or asking for help is not a failure.

Father, You know what is weighing on me. Help me take today one step at a time and receive the support I need. Amen.

Something to reflect on

Which concern can you name honestly in prayer instead of trying to carry it silently?
