TEEN HOPELINE ENCOURAGEMENT
School feels overwhelming
School pressure can make one assignment feel like your whole future. It isn’t. God cares about your work, but your grades are not the price of His love. You can work faithfully, ask for help, and rest.
Start with God’s Word

Philippians 4:6–7
In nothing be anxious, but in everything, by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus.
Paul invites believers to bring their concerns to God. This is encouragement to pray, not a reason to shame someone for anxiety or stop treatment.

Matthew 11:28–30
“Come to me, all you who labor and are heavily burdened, and I will give you rest. Take my yoke upon you and learn from me, for I am gentle and humble in heart; and you will find rest for your souls. For my yoke is easy, and my burden is light.”
Jesus invites weary people to come to Him and learn His way. Needing rest or asking for help is not a failure.

Something you can do.
Choose one manageable task. Tell a parent or teacher where you are stuck and ask for a realistic plan. Getting help early is a wise step, not something to be ashamed of.
Go deeper: a prayer & a question
A prayer you can make your own
Lord, give me wisdom for my work and peace about what I cannot finish today. Help me ask for help and remember what matters most. Amen.
