You can start here
Being hurt, threatened, controlled, or pressured into sexual activity is serious. You deserve safety and support, even if the person harming you is someone you know or love.
A few next steps
- If you are in immediate danger, contact local emergency services and move toward a safe person or place if you can.
- Tell a trusted adult outside the situation, such as a school counselor or teacher. If one person does not help, tell another.
- Use a safer device if someone monitors yours. Don’t confront the person harming you if that could put you in danger.
If faith is helpful to you
Psalm 82:3–4
Protecting vulnerable people matters. Faith never requires you to stay in danger.
