Cruel messages, exclusion, and repeated harassment can hurt deeply. Someone else’s choice to mistreat you does not define your worth.
A few next steps
- Tell a safe adult at home or school what is happening. You don’t need to deal with it by yourself.
- If it is safe, keep a record of harmful messages so an adult can help you report them. Avoid responding with threats.
- Use platform reporting and blocking tools. If there are threats or immediate danger, get urgent help.
If faith is helpful to you
