School & pressure

You don’t have to be perfect to matter.

You can start here

Grades, expectations, and decisions about the future can feel enormous. Your value is bigger than a test score or someone else’s timeline.

A few next steps

  1. Write down the next small task, rather than the whole list of things you need to solve.
  2. Tell a teacher or school counselor when the workload or pressure feels unmanageable.
  3. Make room for a meal, rest, and time away from the pressure. You deserve care while you work through it.

If faith is helpful to you

Matthew 11:28–30

Jesus invites weary people to come to him, without pretending they are strong.
